Orb
How can the act of meditating for 20 minutes have an impact on your entire day? Quote Mention "Mediocrity is gone. Mind is clear of limitation. I seek no state of enlightenment. Neither do I remain where no enlightenment exists. Since I linger in neither condition, eyes cannot see me. If hundreds of birds strew my path with flowers, such praise would be meaningless." - A Comment on the 8th Ox Herding Picture
Loop
I find that is basically how long it takes me to come back from a state of being lost in thought to enjoying Being. The real practice is not ever getting lost in thought through out the entire day, but the initial meditation, doing nothing, it is a lot easy to bring yourself Here and then stay throughout the day. Rather then mindlessly stumbling into the day. I could say it can have infinite impact on your day if it is allowed to. Quote Mention Ten thousand tears, One Belly Laugh. Mandy
It's like trying to do an involved project on a clean surface vs an extremely messy desk. That extra difficulty of unnecessary clutter will bog down every step of your new project. Quote Mention Youtube Channel
Phil
The answer is only in meditating for twenty minutes a day. It’s too unbelievable. Quote Mention YouTube Website Sessions
