Mandy
Feelings as in emotions you mean? No one is saying that they hold more importance. They aren't separate which is why you know by how a thought feels whether or not there are false separations assumed in it. You "know it in your gut". MetaSage
They don't. What's absolutely true regardless of importance, feeling, preference, belief, etc? But definitely investigate feeling itself too, although don't confuse it for the big banana (enlightenment). Feelings, plural, is not what’s being said. Feeling… singular, indivisible, is what’s being said. Emotions vary, just as & in accordance with, appearing thoughts & interpretations. That there are / is two, such as some thing being more important than some other thing, is precisely what’s not being said. That there are not two, and therein that importance is only arrived at via a false comparison (of two) is what’s being said. (Meaning, purpose, value & worth are ‘arrived at’ via false comparisons based on the belief in two). The relevance of thought, perception and sensation is direct experience. Deflection & projection are employed as a means to not hear what’s being said. This goes unnoticed as it’s believed. Yet - the ‘goes unnoticed aspect’ is nonetheless felt. For that, there is the intrinsic guidance of, emotion. Quote Mention YouTube Website Sessions
