It's most simply put diverting focus from the separate self of thought to someone else. This can be experienced very, very simply. Bring in mind anyone, or go sit in a cafe or by a busy street. Wonder what dreams and desires others have. Wonder what well-being is to them. Then imagine them having what they desire and how good they would feel. Imagine the excitement, elevation, happiness and joy they would experience if their dreams just appeared outta nowhere. Forget yourself. Serve others unconditionally, even if it's just in thoughts.


There will be an instant shift to feeling better.


There must be an effortless way.
