Phil Posted November 3, 2023 Share Posted November 3, 2023 The most notable aspect was the change in the entirety of experience in terms of before and after adopting the practice. Thankfully 3 therapists & 3 medications didn’t help the depression, anger, abysmal future outlook, suppressed fear and being 50 lbs over weight. Never really had any noteworthy meditation session experiences. One day it was like a switch flipped out of the blue. Very unexpected & unpredictable.
