The greatest self-help book...

Recommended Posts

I was looking for an expression worksheet, kind of training wheels for expression / journaling. I came across this book and been doing it for a couple of days. It seems pretty good, and I wanted to share it in case someone else is also looking for some help to begin journaling.

I don't know about the best but a really really good one is:

"Codependent No More" by Melody Beattie.  This is an audiobook version I have myself, below.

She has really great insights regarding emotional mastery and not telling toxic people infect you.  She's very smart IMO.  She kinda over-demonizes alcohol, but if you can get past that you might come to love this book like I do.
