James123 Posted June 19, 2023 Share Posted June 19, 2023 Guys, i just want to say something and that's nothing to do with enlightenment, but it could be consciousness work. So last couple years (due to my blood thinners), i had amor problem with the heat. If the weather over 25 degrees, i can barely breathe and sweat like crazy. Right now, somehow, i can cool or warm my body through just concentrating. If i am hungry, i can concentrate on being full, and feel full. It is literally crazy. Moreover, while i am doing this anything happens externally, i can control it internally. And in that moment, crazy shit happens which is controlling everything internally, which happens externally.
