Making Sense of Emotions

Whenever you experience any difficult emotion, remind yourself like this:

 

"This emotion is a message to be heard. Not a problem to be solved."

Sure it isn't felt, not heard?  Emotions are internal feelings reacting to external situations while evolving in the moment.  Hearing isn't feeling, feelings are reactions to the 6 senses of the brain navigating space outside one's flesh.

 

A person can choose to concentrate on a specific sense looking, hearing, smelling, tasting, physical touch/ing/ed, feeling anxiety or relief, happy or anger, enjoyment or regret, in proportion or out of place.

 

I always considered emotions instinctive working knowledge of one's species/ancestral lineage/chromosomes given to a lifetime at conception.  A mind is contextual knowledge of traditional behaviors history adds to the current generations alive that replaced the generations already lived.

 

Without emotions psychological class warfare wouldn't exist. Without emotions power of suggestion corruption would be less likely.  But with emotions comes choice to change past behavior or never give up a belief.  

 

To believe anything is possible or understand the one thing never possible.  To be real or save reality/humanities until extinction?
