Everyone has a different language structure, even if we both speak English. We have different words we prefer to use, different ways of using them. Even if just subtlety different. The structure of our language can be very related to the lens sphere.

 

If something is implied to be  ‘work’ or ‘effort’, then the body-mind will act according to that. But what if it already was effortless? 

 

Where did the words comes from? Does this word accurately describe the thing?
It couldn’t ever, but allow your language structure to flow flexibly. Let the concepts breathe. 
 

Allow the cycles of contraction/ integration & expansion into the Leading Edge.
