Doubt

What message/guidance is the emotion doubt giving? What is it about, why does it feel off?

 

"I may not get it"

 

"It's very improbable"

 

 etc.

 

I'm doing this ACIM lesson today, may be more or less related.

the most natural simplest answer is Brain instinctively navigates being alive spontaneously here and a cultivated mind framed after birth reuses past ideas over again while the personal body is never same total sum again.

 

Instincts and intellect rely on intelligence to know the difference when simultaneously working all the time.  Instincts never stop functioning even while asleep, heart beat, breathing, all that internal body stuff the brain does involuntarily.  Intellect is voluntary choices to ignore the specificity the brain navigates everything outside the skin adapting to the moment when awake and moving around.

 

So doubt is the brain emotionally reacting to your own behavior minding something that doesn't fit the kinetics of evolving here now.

Doubt has to do with potentiality & certainty. With worry, focus is on unwanted manifesting. With doubt, focus is on wanted  not manifesting. Doubt feels better than worry because focus is on wanted. Disappointment feels better than doubt, because of certainty. Doubt feels off because it is within your power to decipher wanted, focus upon it, and allow the manifestation of it.

Evolving isn't an anti-materialism existentialism seeking a higher plane of existence by consensus than proportionately alive now.  it is the relative body count adapting to the moment in this atmosphere occupying space at the same time differently.

 

Life is a simple adapt or don't and those that won't disrupt those that do understand the compounding simplicity of occupying time here now.  Over complicating spontaneously alive simultaneously conditions each ancestor faces since conceived to replace their previous 4 generation gaps is how living occurs for each present regardless just delivered as a great great grandchild of its 16 great great grandparents mostly have died by accident, disease, social unrest between ancestries trying to defy the natural order of the universe, mind over matter scenarios take priority in social circles of we say so.

 

30 lifetime combined their DNA into last arriving replacements becoming last generation arrived so far. Intellectual energy comes from instincts navigate space outside their time adapting to moment here. Each has their own like fingerprints per ancestor alive.

 

Actuality of being here now. I read the room and the room's reverberations of everyone communicating  is this atmosphere of one species 8 billion living simultaneously here, one at a time spontaneously alive specifically where their body is occupying space combined as the living whole species divided by reasonable doubt now is eternity.
