Humanity will never "get there".

Humanity is not going anywhere. Humanity will never "get there", be fixed.

 

Humanity will never get their garden of Eden. Humanity is founded on denying the garden. It is a hiding place from Eden.

 

Jesus is not coming back.

 

There will not be a perfect society.

 

Humanity will not progress and evolve to higher states of consciousness and form some perfect utopia of harmony with Tao and nature.

 

Progress and evolution is an illusion.

 

If the point of humanity was some utopia of harmony, it would already be the case.

 

Humanity is a trick, a veiling of our true nature. An endless stream of drama. As if all this was going somewhere. It's not. It's designed to appear as if, but it never really does.

 

Whatever problem we solve, new problems keep coming. Like a record player, same song is played over and over. Just in different form.

 

So drop the burden. Stop trying to fix what's meant to be broken.

 

 

That being said, do vote. Do donate to charity. Do recycle. Do protest. There is no reason not to. Just drop the burden.
