"When I'm woke, then I'll no longer think I have problems." vs When the thought "I have problems" is let go, illumination follows. "When I'm woke, then I'll no longer have self-judgement." vs When self-judgement is let go, illumination follows. "When I'm woke, then I don't need to work my ass off and I can relax." vs When the thought "I have to work my ass off and can't just let myself be" is let go, illumination follows.
