Just attachment with thought of so called body makes you have a body. There is no such a thing as body. Your birth, body, life and death are just thoughts not now. Like trying to ‘keep’ words one is saying while saying the words. Not really possible. A discarding of labels. Appearance is by nature none other than, a letting go.
