Orb Posted November 11, 2022 Posted November 11, 2022 I listened to this binaural beat last night while focusing on the breath and there was actually a change felt. Certain tensions in the head area loosened up and there was a greater sense of stillness, when I went to sleep on my bed the stillness remained and I had no nightmares whatsoever or weird dreams. When I woke up this morning the stillness was still there and I felt much lighter as I was brushing my teeth and getting set up for the day. I think this beat really helped in the process of letting stuff come up and out. Lately i've been falling in love with sound-based healing modalities.
