When having a binaural beat on, I can be in my investigative/meditative mode for a much longer time. Give it a shot, it can really change your life, I listened to a purifying beat last night and the tensions in the body have lessened greatly, a lot of fears/beliefs washed away too. I slept pretty well last night too. Heres a beat I like to listen to during meditation: If you try this method, let me know if it works for you! Just focus on the sound, let thinking melt away and let the sound replace the thought activity, allow there to be non-thinking. And just stay there, relax more and more into this space of non-thinking. Oh I almost forgot! Use sound cancelling earphones for the best effect.
