Is Meditation only at Night Still Helpful?

After some journaling and listening to feeling, it feels more aligned to start off my morning with a shake and then 30 mins after to have a morning cardio workout.

The plan that feels aligned most is to spend the day mindful during activities, journaling, exercising.

And at night meditation will kind of be like checking in with how I feel from the whole day and also letting out all the stuff that's been journaled/experienced.

I'm only asking the question in the title because meditation first thing in the morning is something brought up a lot, but it may be beneficial too at night for 30 mins or an hour.

Of course, once the circumstances allow for it I will also be meditating first thing in the morning.
