The Easy Way to Quit Coffee

Buy Teeccino coffee, it has no caffeine, it's alkaline so it restores your acidic gut, it has fiber which promotes digestion (caffeine withdrawal gives constipation), and it tastes almost like coffee.

 

Start weaning off by making your morning cup with 1/4 teeccino and 3/4 coffee powder. 

 

Every week shift the ratio by 25%.

 

So the next week 1/2 teeccino and 1/2 coffee powder.
