Really isn't anything special, that's what makes it hard for people to recognize, bc they think it's some woowoo shit.

 

Clap your hands, boom vibration, watch a ceiling fan spinning, vibration. 

 

Feel your body, boom.... vibration.

 

That's all it is, emotions are vibrational too, it's all vibration.

 

Feel the lungs expanding and contracting, moving up and down, like waves, waves of energy, vibration.
