Now bear with me, because it's gonna get very subtle: So there was focus on that ringing sound in both ears, the sound got more intense the more focus was on it. Then it was a very pleasant surprise to directly experience that the sound is coming from silence, and the silence lovingly expresses itself into sound. It's so smooth, so loving, so free. This completeness is fully inclusive, ah I've been told this all the time!!!! It sounds like a cool breeze, a nice gentle fan. ☺️ Quote Mention "Mediocrity is gone. Mind is clear of limitation.
