Door Frame Pull Up Bars

Recommended Posts

Yea seriously this stuffs great, if you're looking for feeling better, looking better, better posture, you can get a pull up bar for 35 bucks and workout whenever you want.

Make sure it's good quality to protect your door frame!

@Devin that's great, I'm working on doing pull ups without any support, i use a chair.

I can also use it for push-ups.

Calisthenics is great, so simple, and cheap.

You can get in good shape for like 30 bucks lol.

@Devin weights and calisthenics sounds like the ultimate combo!

My personal philosophy on fitness is first mastering your own body weight, then increasing strength from weights.

A punching bag would be nice!
