Orb
Upon focusing on the breath, sound, sight, etc., it's recognized that no sensation "turns off". For example, Inhalation feels "on" or energized, exhalation while appearing different also feels the same or "on". When a car passes by there's a swooshing sound, then immediately at light speed the sound morphs into the buzzing powerlines and pipes. Sensation doesn't turn off at all, in other words sensations don't actually pass/arise. Another observation is that sensation and focus are inseparable, it feels good. Quote Mention "I shall give you what no eye has seen, and what no ear has heard, and what no hand has touched, and what has never entered into the human heart.
