Interesting Observation During Meditation

Recommended Posts

Upon focusing on the breath, sound, sight, etc., it's recognized that no sensation "turns off".

For example, Inhalation feels "on" or energized, exhalation while appearing different also feels the same or "on".

When a car passes by there's a swooshing sound, then immediately at light speed the sound morphs into the buzzing powerlines and pipes. Sensation doesn't turn off at all, in other words sensations don't actually pass/arise.

Another observation is that sensation and focus are inseparable, it feels good.
