Nothing has ever been possessed, so nothing can be lost.

When did something ever come into one's possession? 🤔

When? ...Once the "sense of self" was formed and the child said, "mine!" My toy, my candy, mine, mine, mine. 

This just continues on to bigger and better objects, but we can't take any of it with us and even while here can be taken away very easily. Best to not get attached and just "be" as @almond said. 

You're a thought. Do you think a thought is going to occupy 'no thought'.

The 'changeless' can be realized only when the 
ever-changing thought-flow stops.

Agreed with all you guys have mentioned 🙂. 

Every time I spiral into confusion, I remember its all about chilling out and being here lol.
