What are helpful definitions of “Deflection” and “Projection”?

The deflection & projection webpages are under the spheres page because what’s being said about the two spheres is actually true. Deflection points to discordant thoughts that arise to the contrary, and projection points to limiting beliefs in regard to the discord felt seemingly or believably coming from what someone else is saying.
