Plank + Breathwork

When life gets though and the walls start closing in, when you can't seem to find a way out... Try one of these:

 

Plank + deep conscious breathing 

 

It might take some 'effort' to deepen and really 'root' that breath. For this, I would recommend improvisation. Play with the breath. Try different patterns. Do what feels right. 

You can also try out one of my favourites...

'The Breath Of Fire'. 

Works wonders in this plank combo.

 

Keep holding the plank.

 

Timer? Please. 

 

You're doing this up until you know it's time - so to speak.

 

Really feel your entire body there. Feel those trembles. Feel the release. Breathe. Breathe more, breathe deeper, breathe stronger. What you might find is that the breath really prevails. Nothing can really stand in its way.

 

And all those scary thoughts and emotions you had just 'a few minutes ago'? Gone. Nonexistent. Nowhere to be found. Forgotten.

 

Try it out, if you can, of course.

Be careful, don't hurt yourself.
