The Importance of Keeping your Vibration Calm

I find this is so powerful and I underestimated it for awhile. 

 

What works for me more than any other modality is simply keeping my vibration calm and steady as best I can.

 

That means just relaxing more, taking in less caffeine, doing activities that lower stress like exercise/stretching, concentration practice. 

 

Life-wise, it's been a fucking Rollercoaster, I went through rock bottom about a month or 2 ago and I've been climbing out of it, I know I'll never go to that low point ever again in my life, I'm wiser because of it. 

 

But as long as I keep my vibration calm, listen to how food and drinks feel, I recognize that this moment is so profoundly okay.
