Orb Posted August 17, 2023 Share Posted August 17, 2023 I recently watched an Arnold Schwarzenneger documentary/auto biography movie on Netflix called "Arnold" and it was reaaallllly good and inspiring. He emphasized that when he was a kid in Austria he would visualize himself as a body building champion with people chanting his name and it eventually happened years later!!!! On top of that....he idolized a body builder who was in a Hercules movie in the 60s/70s and many years later would not only spend time with him in real life, but he would BEAT him in the mr Olympia contest.
