Orb Posted May 23, 2023 Share Posted May 23, 2023 If you find yourself unable to sleep or waking up super early and not being able to sleep, that's a perfect time to meditate. The body not sleeping or waking up a lot is like the body saying "Hey there's something you're holding on to". Just sit on the cushion, put palms facing up on your knees, relax the whole body, and let all the discordant thoughts come up. The same applies to nightmares or waking up sweating, just sit on the cushion and allow the body to let go of that emotional baggage.
