Everyone thinks of whats going to happen when you go somewhere, and what people are going to say when you say this or that. You think of what they’re going to think of you and how things are going to go. When you become enlightened you don’t think of that stuff and you live in the now. Most of the time people aren’t thinking about you the way you think they are. It’s very bothersome always thinking that you have to respond to what you think they’re thinking about you. Sometimes their like were did that come from or that i dont get this person cause they go off thinking whatever they want instead of staying on the same conversation. Their thinking your thinking something that their not and he or she is thinking the same way about what their thinking your thinking. So when you become enlightened you’re not really thinking much. You’re just thinking about whats in front of you and what you’re doing in the present moment. You’re not thinking about how people would think about you because of your past either. That’s why meditation is good you train your thoughts to stay in the present and not stray into intrusive thoughts that don’t matter. Right speach and right motives and right actions and being a good person will help you become enlightened. Once you’ve become a good person and all your actions are right and speach then with meditation you’ll will become enlightened.
