How do I release stuck feelings I have read the emotional scale I feel slightly better but still it's there.

 

I feel there is something wrong or something shitty is going to happen soon.

 

I can't sleep bec of this I can sleep for a few seconds and then feel like this and wake up.

bruh.. i used to think the same way,

but it's about feeling. And I felt silly, it was funny and fun :classic_biggrin:

well you wont know unless you try, it works on muscle tension like a charm imo

Simplify. Call em emotions experienced rather than stuck feelings I have. 

 

Emotion is guidance… to the experiencing of… what is wanted.
Expression of emotions experienced is not ‘about myself’.
It’s just about the expressing, the practice itself.
Keep it simple.

Those are thoughts. Emotion is how those thoughts feel. 

Direct experience is obscured by believing the thought, “I feel there is something”.

Listen to the guidance (emotions). 

Recognize thoughts as thoughts. 

 

Don’t try to sleep. You’ve never even experienced “sleep”. 

Just rest. Allow the activity of thought & body deep rest. 

 

Allow what you do want to come to mind. 

Notice the momentum which is felt, of focusing on what you don’t want, on other’s beliefs, other’s business, other’s discord, etc. 

Allow what you do want focus. 

Enjoy the alignment, wholeness, completeness. 

Revel in creation. 🤍

Noticing ‘you’ve’ been deceived is the letting go of that belief. 

What’s felt is that thought, about ‘it’ getting worse.

 

What’s not experienced - is the yoga. 

See how the yoga feels. 

Don’t believe thoughts about yoga are the direct experience, anymore than the thought of a strawberry is the taste. 

 

‘Weird postures’ are great, releasing… as focus in on the body, feeling, the intangibility of balance, etc… rather than thoughts. 

In a way… weird postures are just for one too stubborn to acknowledge and therein let go of… beliefs. 

Or, for one believing the thoughts, about feeling.

I can focus on what I want but the discord keeps coming back

SELF REFERENTIAL THOUGHTS

Someone said something shitty about me which is not true even though I know that I struggle to let go.

the thoughts don't leave me alone I know this statement is an illusion and belief but whatever

when I wake up the thoughts instantly are there idk wtf is this I have never experienced something like this before

I don't want to share the content of thoughts here or to anyone
