I feel there is something wrong or something shitty is going to happen soon. I can't sleep bec of this I can sleep for a few seconds and then feel like this and wake up. Call em emotions experienced rather than stuck feelings I have. Emotion is guidance… to the experiencing of… what is wanted. Expression of emotions experienced is not ‘about myself’. What’s felt is that thought, about ‘it’ getting worse. What’s not experienced - is the yoga. See how the yoga feels. Don’t believe thoughts about yoga are the direct experience, anymore than the thought of a strawberry is the taste. ‘Weird postures’ are great, releasing… as focus in on the body, feeling, the intangibility of balance, etc… rather than thoughts.
