Can it be used for everything like any any thoughts&beliefs you want to let go off can it do it the same with integrating new beliefs? There are almost hypnosis for everything if it really works why there are a lot of self books and videos while you can just use hypnosis? It's a way of getting around people's natural defenses and making them incredibly open. There are pros and cons to this. Hypnosis can be used for good and for bad, it just depends. It could be a combination of both too. But yes it's a real thing in my experience. I used to listen to self-hypnosis cassettes when I was a teenager.
