Omar Osama
Is loneliness a feeling? If it's why it's not on the emotional scale? Why do we feel lonely even though we live with other people like family and friends? Quote Mention
Mandy
Loneliness is an interpretation that assumes separation, not an emotion. There is no exclusion, so one cannot feel oneself as being excluded without feeling the feeling guidance that that is NOT the case. 1 hour ago, Omar Osama said: Why do we feel lonely even though we live with other people like family and friends? Exactly because it is not circumstantial, it's a pattern of thinking oneself as being excluded. Quote Mention Youtube Channel

Mandy
Thought seems to have the power to exclude, it does not. There is no exclusion, no separation, no duality, however you like to say it. Quote Mention Youtube Channel
Phil
The emotions on the scale in the grey & black are how the concept of a separate self which is alone or lonely feels. It has more to do with that there is a desire for a relationship (the next higher emotion on the scale) than it does the true nature of oneself. Actually being Alone is wonderfully blissful. 4 hours ago, Omar Osama said: Why do we feel lonely even though we live with other people like family and friends? Unwillingness (to express emotions).
