Orb Posted January 19 Share Posted January 19 (edited) Last night was doing neti neti and just doing self inquiry. Focused in on thought and through feeling the subtlety of its source. Realized thought can relax, like relaxing a muscle. Had loud mental music playing. Relaxed it, and felt it quiet down, there were even moments of no thought but they were short. It's possible for thought to quiet down, it's like turning down a dial.
