Thought Quieting Down

Last night was doing neti neti and just doing self inquiry. Focused in on thought and through feeling the subtlety of its source. Realized thought can relax, like relaxing a muscle. Had loud mental music playing. Relaxed it, and felt it quiet down, there were even moments of no thought but they were short. Utter delusion. 

 

Getting out of your own way is really a recognition that getting in your own way is literally impossible. 

But thought makes it seem so.
