The Illusion of Needing Motivation to get things Done

We often believe that we need motivation before doing tasks in order to feel like doing them. After watching the video in above link I learned that motivation is actually increased from accomplishing tasks. So in a seemingly paradoxical way, the way to increase motivation is to just do the things you don't wanna do and then you'll build motivation with each task you complete.
