Vision + Shaking in Bed

I was laying down in bed early this morning at about 3am. I was listening to a youtube video to go to sleep when I slipped into a vision where I was walking with a friend somewhere. 

 

I walked with him over to a wasp hive, pointed to it, and said "My mind is no longer like this, there isnt even a God-Mind anymore". 

 

In that instant I felt focus focusing on itself, awareness being aware of itself, locality was gone and focus burned itself out. 

 

I awoke in my room and my entire body felt like it was shaking and shrinking, I thought I was having a stroke or something, then it went away after a few seconds.
