James123
What is the difference between inner talk and mind /thinker talk? Imo, anything comes with love that's an insight or inner talk, anything that comes with anger, selfishness etc... is the mind talk. Phil
A framing on behalf of how thoughts feel, without any thoughts actually defining anything such as mind as a source of thoughts, is discord & alignment. ☺️ Quote Mention YouTube Website Sessions

Inner work is alignment (of thought with feeling). Activities like appreciation, emotional scale, affirmations, visualizing / imagining / focusing on what’s wanted and feeling the alreadyness of it are ‘inner work’. As there truly isn’t an inner & an outer, the ‘inner work’ is actually an alignment of reality. The whole of experience. The entirety. Conscious creating. Manifesting. “Be the change you wish to see in the world”. MG ‘Mind/thinker talk’ & ‘mind talk’ are thoughts, concepts. Not a second source of thoughts or emotions. Anger as an emotion is guidance for inner work / alignment. Quote Mention YouTube Website Sessions
