Celebrating my birthday together, then she's leaving for a week to Milan, I'm staying home and suffering through it, she comes back and within a week or two we are both moving out of the country. And I am moving to Amsterdam, searching for a job, a nice apartment, etc. Establishing a base. Maybe she joins me somewhere down the line, maybe not.
