Letting go of "I, me, mine": Gary Weber

Recommended Posts

Gary Weber has had no self-referencial thoughts for over 15 years. Those are the thoughts that are all about "I, me, mine" and filled with past/future thinking.

Essentially the thoughts that can drive you crazy, depressed or anxious. This is an interview of Gary, but youtube as many other videos of him also. He considers his teacher to be the writings of Ramana Maharshi.

You're a thought. Do you think a thought is going to occupy 'no thought'.

The 'changeless' can be realized only when the
ever-changing thought-flow stops.
