    I think that's the key. Treating others how we want to be treated. I sometimes need a reminder of that, because I tend to be blunt when I speak.

     

    I have to remember to think of the "heart-head-heart" method.  I learned that at one of my jobs. They said start off saying something that comes from the heart, then what your head needs to say and follow it up with a heart comment. I often forget though. Lol.

    Thus they simply cannot start a fight, spread misinformation about another user or say  instigating stuff... Thus there will be no need to react or deal with their antagonizing attempts. 

    The conflict gets nipped before it even begins. 

    I want to have conversations with people who act civil, stay away from personal attacks and instigating, bullying etc 

     

    Disagreements are completely okay. 

    But what he is doing is not a disagreement but at an attempt to violate my personal boundaries by engaging in passive aggressive covert attacks which is a form of online bullying and harassment
