Devin
This is a term used in some circles, non self help or spirituality, but it's been very useful for me. When I get exhausted whether physically, mentally, or emotionally, I tend to need a zero day. Although it's named that to mean you do nothing, for me it's more zeroing in on the target as much as doing nothing; I don't plan really hard or think real hard, I just go with the flow like a lid on summer break, nothing to do, no meditation, nothing I don't feel like doing, I love yoga so I tend to want to do freestyle just feeling it yoga, but I let everything go, allow procrastination, zero yourself Just like the rest day commandment, do no work and just soak it all up Edited October 3, 2022 by Devin Quote Mention
Eothasian
what about zero days as a regularity and a break from them with some active days? Quote Mention Animals are good people
