Zero Days

This is a term used in some circles, non self help or spirituality, but it's been very useful for me.

When I get exhausted whether physically, mentally, or emotionally, I tend to need a zero day. Although it's named that to mean you do nothing, for me it's more zeroing in on the target as much as doing nothing; I don't plan really hard or think real hard, I just go with the flow like a lid on summer break, nothing to do, no meditation, nothing I don't feel like doing, I love yoga so I tend to want to do freestyle just feeling it yoga, but I let everything go, allow procrastination, zero yourself

Just like the rest day commandment, do no work and just soak it all up
