WhiteOwl Posted March 30, 2022 Share Posted March 30, 2022 (edited) I appreciate this site and the emotional scale. I think i just experienced a turning point regarding use of the scale. I was suffering a bit today, not being able to switch my energy around from the beginning. Then i went to the scale and followed the description and expressed myself, and damn i feel much better. Im only at blame, and i feel completely energized and well compared to 30 min before. I have been using it a good amount of times before, but for some reason my mind keeps neglecting the value of it in times of feeling discord. This time i will remember. That is amazing.
