Phil talked about the intrinsic guidance of harm/ pain. 
‘Taking your hand off the stove’ 

 

How war & violence are ignorance of the common sense of trusting the guidance of. 
Which the ignorance is unveiled when you see it is literally You fighting & being harmed in these wars. When we could just talk to each other instead of fighting. 

 

I talked about essentially being a burning ball of fire from experiencing a car accident.

Pain arises as a constant, embracing that there is pain, but no sufferer. 
I am not the body or mind. Awareness is free.
 

Trusting the guidance of pain realigns the seeming body in all cases.

But really, “It’s Nothing…”
