WhiteOwl Posted October 22 Share Posted October 22 I experience an increase in thought activity whenever i bike, which i do everyday, and also while going through other activities that might be slightly challenging. Thoughts are coming and going but really quickly and it feels draining. Well-being and less thought activity seems to come a lot from relaxing completely and being mindful, but sometimes thats not as easy, as when biking through a city.
