Orb
There's something known as the chameleon effect that bothers me and makes me feel uncomfortable in social situations. I think it may be a core insecurity I experience. Basically the Chameleon effect is a natural phenomenon where humans unconsciously mimick each other's emotions/mannerisms and apparently it's a positive thing. It's always embarrassed me because I'm always aware of it and sometimes try to fight it. For some reason I feel embarrassed being similar to others. Does anyone else experience this? It may sound stupid but it's embarrassing lol. Quote Mention "Mediocrity is gone. Mind is clear of limitation. I seek no state of enlightenment. Neither do I remain where no enlightenment exists. Since I linger in neither condition, eyes cannot see me. If hundreds of birds strew my path with flowers, such praise would be meaningless." - A Comment on the 8th Ox Herding Picture
