Orb Posted August 21 Share Posted August 21 During meditation thoughts came up about embarrassing situations that have added onto the experience of social anxiety / fear of judgement / etc. I felt into the relief in it all, but the discord still hasn't yet fallen away. Literally not true. Like a unicorn. That which already is = true. That which already isn't = not true. The emotional guidance is pointing out what already is, and what already isn't. Embarrassing situations, social anxiety and fear of judgement are all conceptualizations of emotions presently felt. The underlying presumption is there is a multiplicity of perspective(s). Emotion is guidance, clarifying & aligning these thoughts with reality, or the actuality of direct experience.
