Mandy
Split them up into morning and evening routines so they become autopilot, write out the task or set a timer for 10 minutes of cleaning, whatever works. Get some wireless headphones and listen to a podcast you like while doing them. Do meal planning so that you prepare most of your meals Sunday of each week (or whatever your day off is). So sorry for your loss. Have you had a conversation with your brother about it? Quote Mention Youtube Channel
ivankiss
Hardcore stuff. Hang in there brother. I don't think I should be giving you advice, but I will say, that it's ok to put the weight down and just take care of yourself. You're not responsible for others. Only yourself. Blessed2
Stream journaling every day, maybe 15-20 minutes. Morning might be the best time for it. It will help. Phil
Sorry to hear of your loss. Much love brother. What about getting the chores visual? Like a dry erase board or piece of paper with each chore written, when they need to be done & one of your names next to each? Or maybe just one big list just for your brother, if it fits. If you’re working and he isn’t, and he’s capable, it seems like he’d be doing all the chores. It’s understandably a difficult time, but have you talked with him about this?
