Blessed2
It's been at least a week or so, of journaling / streaming every day. Just setting a timer for 10 - 20 minutes with a laptop and letting thoughts and emotions to come out, kind of like throwing it up through the hands. It's kind of weird. The first day you do it, you notice something is different. And as the momentum builds day after day, you notice that something is definitely different. Some heaviness, or some feeling of 'being stuck' is lifted. Life just isn't the same anymore. This is not just another 'self-help technique'. This is essential. Absolutely essential. Makes me wonder how on earth I even made it so far without it. It's living as if sleeping through the day vs. living eyes open and awake. Went back to it again recently because it seemed like a fun idea and it was the perfect thing at the time. It might be essential for 20 years of your life, and then you're called to something else. How cool that we have a whole list of "techniques", that will never be complete? Quote Mention Youtube Channel
