Orb
Stop: Let all reactivity go. Drop: Drop into sensation. Feel: Feel sensation. Quote Mention "Mediocrity is gone. Mind is clear of limitation. I seek no state of enlightenment. Neither do I remain where no enlightenment exists. Since I linger in neither condition, eyes cannot see me. Sleep doesn't feel at all like "shutting down" or like everything disappears, the dreaming/sleep stage feels akin to pointless ruminating and...dreaming, like daydreaming, just focusing on random aimless thoughts. It carries on into the morning and even when I meditate at night, the lens is full of bubbles the next morning, I tried talking to gpt about it and it told me its normal to feel that way in the morning. It's a combination of grogginess/aimless thought/sore jaw/stomach discomfort. Although another thing im learning is that theres no essential way of being at all, and while it is quite nice to experience meditativeness, there won't always be sensations that feel smooth and not jagged/bloated/foggy. Equanimity is the way. Quote Mention "Mediocrity is gone. Mind is clear of limitation. I seek no state of enlightenment. Neither do I remain where no enlightenment exists.
