Actually, yes. 

Experientially… maybe yes, maybe no. 

I would be most careful about any confusion therein. 

 

It’s simplest and easiest to just acknowledge the emotion experienced, in regard to the thoughts about loa. 

What’s being added is that loa instills hope and you try and it doesn’t work, and that “it” leads to holding expectations, and “it” conflicts with my self realization.

Its just that any implication of efforting sets off alarm bells. There's a preference for just letting go. 

 

And not raising vibration or doing practices to make attraction happen.
