DMT Elf
Proposition 122 was officially called this morning. Colorado (my home state) is now the second state in the US to do this behind Oregon. Proposition 122 decriminalizes and allows the following substances for personal use. - DMT - Psilocybin - Mescaline - Ibogaine 122 also allows treatment centers to use these substances for therapy. It’s impossible to overstate what a truly historic moment this is. Once again (after legalizing cannabis in 2012) us Coloradans are paving the way for future progress all across the USA. Orb
@DMT Elf oh my god 🙏, that's amazing. You're so lucky to be in Colorado haha. This means so much in regard to the evolution of society. First it starts off with each state decriminalizing it, then federally it will happen! It could go a long way. People will begin to see how helpful and effective psychedelic therapy is, and then opinions will be swayed on a massive scale. It’s exactly what society needs rn imo. Mandy
Nice! I just hope that the importance of having a good foundation (like having a good diet, meditation practice, people to talk to if needed) becomes more common instead of people using them as a hopeful quick fix. We definitely need more education around them, but how's that supposed to even happen if they are criminalized? 🤷♂️ Quote Mention Youtube Channel Website

It’s been positive in terms of state revenue and crime rates, but the push to decriminalize psychedelics came for different reasons. It was mostly about psychedelic therapy. Also, they could've just legalised the psychedelics for medical treatments on prescriptions but they went further and allowed personal use. Sounds like you Coloradans are super progressive! It's been great. A large portion of the tax revenue has been allocated to our education system and human services. So, obviously worthy causes. 4 hours ago, Links said: Also, they could've just legalised the psychedelics for medical treatments on prescriptions but they went further and allowed personal use. Sounds like you Coloradans are super progressive! It was to be expected that psilocybin would be decriminalized. This was done 4 years ago in Denver (not statewide), but DMT really surprised me since it's much less widely understood.
