  1. I'm a dysregulated and a bit disorganized because of my cptsd and autism and I should strive to fix that.

  3. Reward time - rewarding myself a hershey choco nugget. Tasks Finished - Journaling Next reward time - 4 pm. What Satisfies me the most? finishing tasks being extremely productive being emotionally matured Having a solid bunch of spiritual practices everyday Feeling empowered and in control of my life Feeling free and independent Having a strong identity Strengthen my intuition Be extremely creative Always be working and achieving Being organized and disciplined . Not being chaotic. Having growth and expansion in my life Feeling loved and abundant I want to manifest money in my life
  4. I have a problem of quick attachment to men. And I should work on it. I don't want to easily give into a man anymore unless I'm getting the right signals like some form of commitment. Commitment is a rare thing these days.
  5. I have decided to roll back to Jay Scott.. I want to imagine someone more intelligent as my husband. Someone who has the decency, awareness, common sense on how to treat me. Nothing more to say. Things are best left unsaid. I have to forget Andrew. He began talking weird stuff about killing and I felt unsettled and decided to call it quits. I can still talk to him on a platonic friendship level but my romantic feelings have flown out the window.

  7. I understand the basic meaning of integration. But I have often heard people say stuff like "integrate your shadow. " Or integrate the dark side. What does this typically mean? Are we simply incorporating a new method or do we have to do something special to make something happen when we are integrating that something?

The spiritual practices that I use everyday - Meditation Emotion work Lucid dreaming Lsd - I don't do everyday but at least once every few months. guided imagery Journaling my spiritual insights thoughts. Core spiritual practice today - Meditation. Core mental health exercise today - Nothing. I also want to incorporate dreamboarding, emotional guidance scale and mental health questionnaire and law of attraction into my daily practices. Right now I'll simply call it daily practices.
  9. I also wish to integrate spiritual practices into my routine. And this is the last leg of my journey.
  10. Reward time. I'll reward myself some tea and champignon crepe. Tasks finished early morning before 10 am. Took my meds on time. Walk done. 20 minutes walk. 2 × 15 mins meditation done. Brush teeth done. Breakfast and tea done. Watched 1 video on autism. Done Next reward time- 1 pm
