  1. Personally agree. I think Tony Parsons, Jim Newman and the likes just chat absolute waffle & become stuck in this No-Self mantra. I think overall it'll do more harm than good. Completely bypasses any psychological issues one might have, personality, where someone is on their path, life in general, relationships, emotions & just about everything else haha Best to stick to true masters and modern masters like Ramana, Rupert Spira, Francis Lucille, Barry Long etc Also, remember each 'Guru' has their own culture, personality & everything else interwoven into their awakening. So someone like Ramana may thrive sitting on a hill in a diaper, whereas, someone like Rupert who is western, has a family & lives an English life. Both awakened, expressing through their personality.
  2. THis summer I've really slacked due to busyness & having the kitche re fitted, but this is the sign I needed to get back on it! What have you noticed recently that made it seem so effective?
  3. Basically daily since Covid. The breathing is awesome, as is daily cold showers, recommend both, the third pillar is actually meditation, but many people don't touch on that part much. Breathing method + cold is especially awesome if you don't feel 100% one morning (or if you had too many drinks the night before!)
  4. This is 100% the case, however, it doesn't meant alignment & 'The Work' doesn't happen in the direct path, it just happens after instead of before realization. The best metaphor is Rupert's saying awakening is only chapter one, chapter 2 onwards is then alignment with this understanding, living the truth and this never, ever ends! You'll still have a personality, you'll still have this good old human body etc, so its not like you become above the rules!
  5. @Mandy Yeah, I get why he's done it, I actually googled Rupert Spira LOA or something similar, and some Reddit forum was kicking off at him even doing a Podcast with Rhonda haha as they see that as 'less than' Non-Duality, which is perhaps ironic. I think (not for Rupert) it does highlight that a lot of these Non-Dual communities see themselves as superior or beyond a lot of things. For example, I remember the amount of people on Actualized who were talking about radical awakenings, psychedelics yet couldn't hold a job, were terribly unhealthy & had a myriad of other issues. Diving into an olympic swimming pool from a 100M board before you've even stepped in the baby pool it seemed to me. Its a shame, because in my experience, the whole journey has shown that the 'awakening' is literally chapter 1 as Rupert puts it haha, and that's where the real journey begins. But, yeah, would be awesome if we could all come together a little more instead of these tribal sub wars we seem to have, although I've defo been guilty of it in the past. Then again, Ruperts teacher Francis talks about the law of infinite abundance, and Rupert mentions a similar universal law in that video, so maybe it is just semantics. It could also be that traditionally Non-Duality was seen as very life denying, instead of Tantric & Life affirming, especially in the past, so it will take a while to move past that into a more holistic approach that the likes of Nahm speak of. However, to play devils advocate a lot of mainstream LOA youtubers or 'Gurus' do tend to focus on what would stereotypically be material abundance or 'Stage Orange' because that is where most of society is at, and what will pull in the most views, not that financial abundance shouldn't be enjoyed by 'awakened beings' just that its coming from a place of 'I want this car and then I'll be happy', instead of the dreamboard approach which comes from happiness, love etc!
  6. Hey all, What's your thoughts on this. To me, it seems Rupert has slightly misunderstood LOA due to it going mainstream and losing its spiritual essence, that of course comes from & is source. Its a shame, because I feel from being on Ruperts webinars several times, a lot of his followers would really benefit from true LOA & Conscious Creating, and I don't see why a lot of Non-Dual teachers make it out to be either / or, when in reality it is literally both! However, he does mention the law of infinite abundance and that the Universe has no lack & his teacher Francis Lucille has spoken about this plenty of times, and his quote that 'Everything is spiritual, once you stop comparing material / spiritual, only then will you understand true abundance' was amazing. Personally, I think Rupert is trying to distance himself from the connotations & negativity around certain LOA teachers / Gurus. Here's the video- I just wanted to also thank @nahm along with my own 'teachers' he's been by far the best at 'combining' these two worlds, and showing in fact they are one & the same, and that both 'paths' will eventually lead to each other.
  7. No & No. This is where non-duality and words utterly fail. Non-Doership was best explained to me, that yes, there's no separate self doing it all, but yet, there is The Self beyond that, The Self we all are, the self that is inherently happy, fulfilled & at peace and this self then desires FROM peace, happiness, love, beauty etc to experience whatever it wants, because it FEELS GOOD. Align yourself with feeling good, and you can never go wrong. Does saying all desires come from ego, and let's just go live under a rock feel good? Or, Does saying, I'm the creator of my reality, I love life and I'm going to create the life I've always dreamed of in every aspect and feel everything fully & love every single moment feel better?
  8. I would steer as far clear from these kind of teachers as possible, imo, especially when going through confusion. The best way I heard it explained is anything with 'No' or a negative infront of it cannot be the final truth. (No-Self, No-Free-Will, No-Body There etc) While Neti-Neti and the 'Inward' path are key realizations, the fun really begins with a more tantric approach and actually living the teaching and your awakening. In terms of LOA / Conscious Creation, think of it like this: Yes, there is no separate self manifesting, instead you are THE SELF, manifesting FROM LOVE, happiness, joy etc and therefore have the unlimited power to create & attract whatever the F you want for the joy of experiencing it and to express Happiness, love, beauty etc. all of this is of course done through your Human character, one being may love living by the beach and that's what aligns, one may want a huge family, one may want to become an athlete, one may want to travel the world and experience every culture out there. Don't limit yourself and let yourself go wild with it, its your life after all and you are the creator. All the 'practices' like Gratitude, Journaling, Scripting are simply there to help you feel amazing now, and begin the process of aligning with the Universe and letting yourself know what you truly want. All the best LOA teachers say that it all starts now, you feel happy now, you feel love now, not only when that partner arrives, and by feeling those emotions and aligning yourself like that more & more of what you want will make its way to you. Just have fun and follow what feels good, its the best decision 'you' will ever make for yourself!
  9. Literally just pick 1 thing and go all in for like 3-5 years, he's controversial, but I think Andrew Tate's hustler university is the best place to start. There's literally a million things to choose from these days- eCom, Publishing, Freelance, Crypto etc etc Pick 1 you like, set an income goal, learn everything you can and grind everyday
